Fabulous service. Caring, quick despite my messing up the arrangements, convivial and professional.

We had broken down, flat battery. Even though someone else had called the gentleman out , he came across to us to see if he could help . A few seconds later the car was sorted. This saved us a long wait for the breakdown service we had called.

First class service from David , collected my Audi and delivered it , no fuss , and very reasonable cost . Will recommend to friends .

David is my hero ! My immobilised car needed to get 20miles away from my house, to a garage to have the new steering lock programmed. He came straight away, went above and beyond to get my motor onto his truck, even though the electronic handbrake was locked on. Then hooked me up with his electronics genius mate, who programmed my car for a fifth of the price quoted by the main dealer. Will defo recommend David to all my friends.

David was fast, great value and totally professional. He moved my car without worry or drama. Highly recommended.

Car broke down an was let down by the emergancy cover that we had taken out , after a local search we found Sprowston recovery even though it was 5pm on a bank holiday weekend David picked up the phone an the quote was a fair price he collected an dropped off our XC90 the next day no hassle no damage and was polite an professional.

If you are looking for a reliable recovery firm, then do NOT use this unprofessional mickey mouse company. They suggest a date for recovery only to cancel the next minute. You are then promised a call back but nothing happens for days.. In 30 years in the car trade, this is the worst firm I have ever encountered. Avoid at all cost.
